Bill - This is truly a special image. Not only well exposed but you managed all of the converging lines of the memorial well. As you said, the added ghost image helps to bring more meaning to the memorial. I recall seeing a presentation by a photographer named Cole Thompson. He has done a lot of 'ghost images' in the concentration camps in Europe. Here is the link: https://colethompsonphotography.com/2012/04/06/story-ghosts-auschwitzbirkenau/ . B |

Gloria - Seeing this image makes me also want to be on this truck. What fun! All of the costume colors help make the photo 'pop'. If it weren't for the woman in the foreground I think you could have cropped the image to just show the three children on the right. Unfortunately, her hand would still me there in the way. B |

Sally - What a sweet image. You have captured a moment in time where the little girl is clearly enthralled by her big brother and probably wants to do what he is doing. You couldn't have asked for a better t-shirt on her. It really completes the story. I like your crop. It leaves room for the boy to both leave the ground and find room to soar. B |

Isaac - Great action and the contrasting colors really help the woman stand out in the photo. The angle of the shot works well, capturing the action of the women throwing the tomato to the ducks. All the other 'stuff' in the image also tells a story (my story anyway) of someone who will probably be at this place until she hopefully sells her animals and can go back home. Colors are well-balanced and exposed and everything in the image is sharp. B |
