Viewing this image I picked up on what I see as the strength of the vertical lines (poles, people, railings). The rest of the image to me was just the setting for the lines. I like the composition as is with the additional, suggested brightening of the women's jacket to help separate her better from the background. B |

This shot drew me in. The action of walking through the narrow and interesting alleyway, the dress and the question as to what is at the end?
I have wondered what to do with blown highlights in an image like this and would enjoy hearing from the group their solutions (if any). I know bracketing is sometimes a solution but it would have to be significant in this case and it the shot was probably taken quickly to catch the action that you saw.

Ah... the image makes me smile and want to visit Cuba again some day. Your shot captures the music and the rhythm of the dancers. Cropping out the woman in the rear would work to focus the image. There also appears (at least on my screen) some red artifacting on the male dancer's shirt and on some of the others (perhaps intentionally?) B |

A simple shot that becomes an action shot. I can see the smoker inhaling, thinking about the world, blowing out the smoke (and then tossing the cigarette out the window). Gloria's edit works along with all the angles and framing that you included to frame the shot. B

So hard to shoot in bright light but the B&W really helps this image. The singer is caught in action and I can almost hear is voice. As others have noted, the background signage competes with the main subject. Perhaps a radial filter (in LR or PS) would be helpful to darken the background and highlight the singer? B |
