Oh no! Tragic story. I hope this means you are not out of the drone business? Flying over water makes me nervous as all hell, yet like a moth to a flame, I am constantly attracted to subjects involving water.
Just a fantastic sky and reflection into the water. The curve of the shore and tree line is just perfect.
So some constructive thoughts on an already great image:
1. clone out the hi voltage tower.
2. See the little splash of reflection in the bottom left corner? Burn it out, don't let anyone's eye get distracted down there.

I really like this shot! Very effective post processing all the way around. I can see how you've adjusted the verticals and it looks so much better this way. Good color saturation and very nice handling of the sky. Even the original shot angle is strong - the use of an angle instead of a straight on shot is vastly more interesting. If you want a nit-picking suggestion......the canal in the extreme right edge needs to be burned down so it doesn't attract the eye. The reflections are bright and therefore tempting to cause the eye to stray from your main subject. |
