Hi Shirley,
I love the colors and tones of the cactus buds. Nicely composed. I would frame it and hang it on my wall. Good job. |

Hi Maria,
Lovely! Your POV shows all the fine details of this unique flower. Nicely composed. The shape, texture, and colors of the flower and its leaves are pleasing to my eye. Well done. |

Hi David,
Great perspective shooting behind the sunflowers as they look at the beautiful sky. Nicely composed. Love your sky. The warm pink sunlight against the deep blue has impact.

Great shot, Dick. The texture emphasizes the detail on the flower and gives it a painterly look. I would remove the lighter area at the top of the frame that David mentioned. I like it. |

Hi Esther,
I love your presentation of the sunflower. It has a personality. Yes I agree with Dick and David the sunlight is too harsh on the flower. However, you could convert it to black and white. Black and white images work well with the bright light and shadows. Your alternate image is well exposed, but I like the POV of " Good morning". |

Thank you for your suggestions, Dick. I just checked my histogram and the white streaks must be part of the flower because no whites are blown out. I need to make a habit to check the histogram while shooting. I usually check the histogram for blinkies. Thank you for reminding me to check the color channels as well. |

Thank you, Peter. The "Journey under the Falls" is still offered, but I was a bit apprehensive about taking that journey.🫣 |

Hi John,
Great POV. You captured the interesting shape of the structure. The Observatory appears to be reaching into the clouds. Love the antique filter. No changes needed. Nicely done. |

Nice architectural shot, Kathleen. Good POV. The fence leads to this magnificent building with interesting lines, shapes, and angles. Great contrast showing all the details. I see the peak of the roof is touching the frame. It would help if you could extend the canvas on top. I enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing. |

Great job, Gary. You created an incredible composite. The star vortex added impact to the windmill image. The results were well worth your time spent creating the image. Love the colored star vortex too. Thank you for sharing your technique. I need to try it as soon as there is a starry night. Well done. |

Love this shot, Peter. You captured incredibly sharp details on the Blonde Beauty. Well exposed. I do see a number tag on the champion's right ear. Perhaps the remove tool in Photoshop could remove it. Good story. |

Nice shot, Gerard. To me, this is an emotional image. You captured a sad story emitting abandonment. I might crop a bit off the right side allowing the boats to be off centered thereby improving the composition. I like the high key treatment. |

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Gary.
This image was taken last week, and the Falls are still illuminated at night. I was on the Canadian side. There were so many people it was almost impossible to get an unobstructed view at street level so I could take a shot. Each night there also was fireworks over the Falls. Spectacular display. |
