Hi Esther,
The tiny white flowers are lovely. I agree with David and Dick I also prefer Original 2 showing the elderberry blooms in their natural environment. I like the composition of the Original 2 image too. Nicely captured.

Hi Maria,
Beautiful! The orchid is vibrant with nice curves. Well exposed. You captured its' beauty nicely. Other than darkening the background a bit, as Dick and David suggested, it looks great.

Hi Shirley,
Lovely apple blossoms. However, I agree with Dick and David. I don't think the Topaz filter adds to the beauty of the flowers. It seems to be too harsh for the delicate blooms. On the other hand, if your intention was to achieve a painterly look, you succeeded. It works well as a stained glass window image. |

Hi Dick,
Beautiful presentation of the sunflower. Strong impact.
The vibrant orange petals pop against the black background. Tack sharp details throughout. Nicely composed. The back of the flower has nice lines, curves, and texture. The flower petals actually look like fire. Great job. Thank you for sharing your technique. |

Hi Gary,
Great perspective of the couple strolling down the curved road lined with lovely trees. I like the curved road leading my eye into the frame. Nice texture on the wall. I do agree with Kathleen that a tighter crop excluding some foliage would improve the image. I don't think the trees on the right add to the story. Nicely done. |

Hi Robin,
Incredible shot of the dark, handsome horses. I love animal images. The dog adds to the story. Your choice of a white vignette worked well. There seems to be something near the neck of the horse on the left. Perhaps it's something in the background. I would remove it since it doesn't add anything to this great image. Nice job. |

Hi Kathleen,
Love this image! Your POV through the empty beer glass resulted in a great shot of the bridge. It's nicely composed. The lines created by the light and shadows on the table lead me into the frame. It's a very peaceful scene. I enjoyed it. |

Hi Peter,
Nice composition. The image portraying the barber and his shop would be perfect for an ad promoting his business. Your perspective captured a good story inside his shop as well. It is well exposed, and the image is tack sharp. I like it. Well done. All your images are very interesting and makes me want to take a leap into street photography. |
