Hi Rita,
I don't know if there are restrictions on PSA, but these two look like they are playing in this shot. I think it's a nice image and they are cute. |

I purchase the soft boxes from Amazon. Here is link:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B096THSHLP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
Please note that these soft boxes have the lights permanently installed. You cannot remove them to use a flash or other light. You only can change bulbs.
I would have preferred a soft box to use interchangeably with my flash and continuous light source. However, I didn't realize it until after I received them. They work ok. |

Nice shot, Damon. Great perspective allowing you to capture the ripples on the water. The fog adds interest to the scene. The shading in the center of the water worked well as a leading line. Well done.

Hi Dean,
Colorful, peaceful, and beautiful fall scene. Nicely composed. The bottom part of the image is brighter and sharper. I think you flipped it in post processing. Is that correct? Very pleasing to my eye. |

Hi Damon,
I set my shutter speed to 1/4 sec, because I didn't use a flash. I used continuous lighting in a softbox. When I use flash I set my shutter speed to be 1/250 sec.

Hi Mariann,
Incredible capture of the Moon and Saturn. Nicely composed. The reflection of the Moon on the lake adds impact. The warm tone is peaceful and pleasing to my eye. Well done. |

Hi Peter,
I think if you removed the white area in the left corner it would be suitable for an abstract image. When I look at it I see a skeleton or maybe an alien. Abstract supposed to be mysterious and keep our interest. If it were my image I would enter it into the competition. |

Hi Linda,
Incredible shot. You captured sharp details on the musician in the midst of the action, limited lighting, and other distractions during the performance. I think black and white improved the image. Nice job. |

Hi Gerard,
Picture perfect. This image deserves to be frame. The texture and details around the window accentuates the beauty of old world architecture. The window grates and flower add to the story. Black and white worked well to show the tones and texture on the building. Nicely done. I'm sure the color version must be lovely as well. Looking forward to more images captured during your vacation in Italy. |

Thank you, Gerard. I didn't do anything intentional to extract the background. Lately, I've been experimenting with my off camera flash. I've been trying different setups with the flash which creates interesting effects. I don't remember the exact position of the flash for this image, except that it was set on the side. I shot many images from various angles. I'm having fun learning. I'm glad you like it. |

Hi Kathleen,
Great perspective of this uniquely shaped structure. I like your post processing treatment. The sepia tone with a little texture adds interest to the image. I think a few people are posing for you. Thank you for sharing. Nicely done. |
