Beautiful macro image. Incredibly sharp details and nice lighting. The yellow flower pops against the dark background. During the winter I buy my flowers at the local grocery store

Nice shot. The red colored boxes against the black background adds impact. The wood shelves provided a good frame. You succeeded in presenting old, weathered boxes of nails, and captured the faded, smudged, peeling labels nicely despite the low light. Good texture too. 		Jan 7th

Great abstract. Nature provides so much beauty, and this was a good find. Your processing transformed the ice into a work of art. The flow of the pattern lines and colors are peaceful. It held my interest. The blue border pulls it all together. Nicely done.		 Jan 7th

Nice composition. The diagonal branch with fine details leads my eye through the image. Good lighting on the insect. The blurred green background worked well. However, there is a stray green artifact just above the insect. The insect's head and legs are sharp, but his eye (I think that is his eye) seems a bit soft. Great job capturing an image of this tiny creature. I find your insect images to be very interesting.		 Jan 6th

I find this image to be very pleasing to my eyes. It is peaceful. The light and shadows accentuate the curved form of the Agave. Good DOF. Nicely composed.		 Jan 10th

The white flowers against black and the black vase against white is striking. Your presentation is unusual, and I think it adds strength to the image. My suggestions would be to center the subject, and add a thin white border around the frame to pull it together. Nicely done.
