63 Dec 22 Comment Hi Neal,
The subject is unusual and "eyecatching". The colors and texture of the building blocks against the dark background worked well. You created a spooky, surreal image indeed.

63 Dec 22 Comment Hi Alane,
Interesting subject. You captured the details nicely. I agree with Charlie that the subject needs shading and a shadow to connect with the background.

63 Dec 22 Comment Hi Priscilla,
Lovely presentation of the pink lilies. Sharp details. Good DOF. Nice perspective. I like the white etching around the border. It adds style. Well done.
I enjoy watching Mike Moats on Youtube.

63 Dec 22 Comment Hi Murphy,
Very creative. The burst of vibrant colors, shapes, swirls, and patterns holds my interest. Nicely exposed. I like how your composition draws my eye into the center, out, around, and back. However, the image seems a bit flat.
I think Charlie's edits provides depth and improves the presentation.
There are many pleasing details in the image. Thank you for sharing your technique. Nicely done.

99 Dec 22 Comment Hi Randy,
Great shot and a sad story. You captured nice architectural details of the London Bridge. The window panes framed the subject nicely. The old, gritty treatment complements the scene. I might crop the image just below the top two window panes leaving just the London Bridge. To my eye the lower panes with the people are distracting. Either way this is a keeper.

99 Dec 22 Comment Hi Michael,
You created a nice triptych of the Recoleta Cemetery. It is well exposed and has great DOF. Sharp details and texture. The cobwebs add to the mood. It reminds me of the framed artwork that you would see in a museum. The story is very interesting. Well done.

99 Dec 22 Comment Hi Peter,
This portrait of a mother and her child has strong emotional impact. Tack sharp. Well exposed. The sepia tone adds to the yesteryear mood. Incredible! I like it.

99 Dec 22 Comment Hi Linda,
Nice composition. The water lily pops against the dark water. Love the reflections. Maybe I would lighten the lily pads a bit to add more contrast with the water. Well done.

99 Dec 22 Comment Hi Gerard,
Great presentation of a milkweed. Your composition, exposure, dof, and perspective created a lovely image. Tack sharp details on the subject. The seeds bursting from the pod adds to the story. The background works well. Botanical subjects are my favorite. Nicely done.
