Hi Norm
Thank you for your suggestions. I do need to add impact to this image. I have Nik and I'll try some Silver presets.

Hi Harriet,
Interesting subject. The colors complement each other well. The main branch leads my eye into the frame. The background color creates the cold mood. Maybe I would try to eliminate the branch on the left side of the frame. I think it would focus more attention on your subject. You managed to capture the colors and texture of the witch hazel quite well.

Hi Carroll,
Another great shot of the graduates. Cameras were meant to take photos like this.
The yellow on their gowns draws my eye up toward their happy faces. The rail car creates a nice frame. I wonder if you tried to straighten the image if it would improve it a bit. Also if you removed the phone lines on the left side, as Norm suggested, it may help too.

Hi Marcela,
How lucky you were to have have a beautiful visitor waiting for you to take his picture. Your lighting was good. You managed to capture his eye. The colors of the robin work well against the blurred grey white background. Also the background color adds to the story of a cold day. Well done.

Hi Stan,
Perfection. The colors, composition, and lighting are spot on. I see the trees and leaves have created a natural frame of the rock. Nicely done.

Hi Norm,
Yes it does look like a green eye. The colors and circular lines holds my interest and keeps my eye in the frame. I like the darkness in the middle as it creates depth to the image. The colors you have chosen creates a strong impact.
You managed to capture a nice abstract while having fun. Well done.

Hi John,
Great impact. His eyes and beak make this a powerful image. The eyes are tack sharp and a nice color. When I first saw this portrait I was captivated by his eyes. You have captured this handsome creature in his finest light.

Hi Priscilla,
The cascade of yellow carnations creates impact. Nice texture and lines of the flowers adds interest. Your composition leads my eye into the frame. The lighting from above works well.
Great job.

Hi Murphy,
I like it. The smooth texture, shadows, and lines create interest. I think monochrome is suitable for the tree stump. This is a great abstract.

Hi Alana,
You managed to capture great detail in this beautiful yellow sunflower. Perhaps if you darkened the background on the right side it would add definition to the flower and the bee. Very nice image.

Hi Tom,
Thank you,it looks much better. Your chrysanthemum is tack sharp top to bottom and left to right. How did you manage to focus stack the entire flower and achieve the sharpness?
When I stack, my first step is closest to me, and then I move focal point in steps in a straight line upwards until I reach the top of the flower. I tried moving the focal point left and right on the way up but it doesn't work out. Therefore the left and right sides of the flower are not focused and are not sharp. What am I missing? I always appreciate your help.

Hi Stuart,
Nice composition. The lines, color, and texture of the bee's wing create interest. You managed to capture enough light despite being so close. This would be a good abstract image.

Hi Tom,
The composition is well done. The petals curving to the right lead my eye into the frame. The texture and colors are complemented with your perfect lighting. You managed to capture incredible sharpness(as always) and depth within the flower. I wonder if you lightened the petal in the lower left corner if it would create another leading line into the frame. Just a thought.

Hi Bill,
The blue wasp shows well against the textured, stone background. It is well exposed. On my computer it looks a bit soft. I am impressed how you manage to capture these images handheld.

Hi Carol,
Yes it is perfect to use with textures. However, it is a nice, airy, soft image on its own against the white background. The texture and shades of pink add depth. I like it.
