Thank you for sharing.
I can imagine that it was a tough situation for shooting. But you captured at a nice moment. I like the composition - nice curve line of the hill and the details of the sand storm is well described(especially like how sand wave). The sand dune looks 3D with the subtle light and shadow.
It has a strong drama and story. The blue tint is a personal preference, I guess.
A couple of thing.
The edge of the hill has a strong line. Maybe it is because of increasing strong contrast or clarity.
This sun is a bit too strong and looks blown out. The original looks fine.
Overall, an excellent shot!
