What a fun, creative image! I really like this and it is kind of like a photo collage. Using dried up flowers makes it even more interesting. I think the dried flowers could also stand on their own without the background. Thanks for posting the link. |

Hi Jamie! I think your choice of black and white works well here. I love the cloud drama. The exposure looks good and the boats are quite sharp. Have you thought about making it a panorama? You could trim off more on the bottom, I think this image could work well in that format. I do understand what you are saying leaving that much water. I just think it could also be interesting cropped, creating a low horizon line in a pano format. I like this image. Nice job! |

Wonderful capture! Love the placement of the stream being on the right rather than centered. You did an excellent job capturing the moving water by using a longer exposure and, you didn't blow out the highlights. The overall exposure is very nice. My eye travels around this image and makes me look at it longer. Too bad you could not have shot it a tiny bit more from the left, but I guess you would have to stand in the stream. Lots of eye candy! Well done. |

I love this image! This really appeals to my graphic design background. Love the backlighting and silhouetting of the fisherman. By choosing to not place the subject in the center, makes it a stronger image. The warm tones work well. Nice shot! |

Very interesting image! I also love the warm, gold tones, especially against the cooler background colors. I think the square crop works well with this composition. It must have been an interesting place to visit. I have many photos from the southeast railway in Duluth, Georgia. Old, rusty, train cars are fascinating. Nice job |
