I would agree that the tone is nice. the idea of the photo is good but would recommend to capture it from the center where the ceiling could be aligned in straight line. |

excellent moment. well I will agree with Lane and ask for more space in the photo to 16*9 to allow you keeping the bird in the rule of 3rd and to add more sharpness to it. this kind of crop and zoom made some losses to the shaprnes |

very nice rim light in on the bird. I would agree with Bruce to add more light the bird's body. also the leafs or the plant green is kind of distracting which is on the bird and need some kind of burn tool in photoshop to lower it in the part only |

nice posing from the bird where he should be in a modeling show :)
I would recommend to add little more sharpens to the eye to give more power for the overall look. |

photo is very nice and I liked the photo your edited after and gave more space for the bird. I would like you to try shaping the eye more so the eye of the audience goes directly to the face. I understand while taking small birds photography is kind of hard and not easy to have deep focus. but increasing the F number will solve kind of issue sometimes and as I read you used the tripod where in such photography I would try to look via the live view from the camera screen and would give more zoom from it and focus directly to the face of the bird. |
