83 Sep 20 Comment Hi Lance, I like the main photo the way it is. It is fascinating to look at the big trees like this one with glowing leaves on the top. What is beautifully captured in this photo is the range of light and shadow from the bottom to the top of the tree and in the leaves around the main one tree. It might have drawn longer attention from the viewers if the exposure at the top is brought down a bit but most likely this is how it looked to you. Sep 27th
83 Sep 20 Comment Hi Jose, You captured a nice moment when the painter is reflecting on his/her work. The amount of light, both outside and inside, is soft and nice. Only thing that is distracting to me is the white chair sticking out on the left. other than that seen and captured very well. Sep 27th
83 Sep 20 Comment Hi Judith, Liked the composition of the 'antique tools' image and lighting on the tools you were able to obtain using light painting. You may want to minimize the shadows on the digital frame (one on the left and one at the bottom) as they are distracting attention. Sep 20th
83 Sep 20 Comment Dirk, I liked what you saw and how you composed. I would have included little more of the lower part of the lamp post Sep 20th

83 Sep 20 Reply Hi Judith, thanks for your comments on the photograph. The reflection was on water of San Francisco Bay Sep 10th
83 Sep 20 Reply Hello Lance,

Many thanks for the complement on the photo.

I am fascinated by the beauty and the abstractness that a reflection creates. Sometimes reflected colors (e.g fall foliage) look more enriched. I have taken photo of reflection of multiple buildings on one building in Manhattan, NY which I titled "Fusion".

Here you see a photo of reflection of two power towers. I have taken shots of these towers on different days as I passed by them during my walk. On this day the reflection looked special because every single solid line of the frame of the towers is beautifully broken but just enough so that it maintained the original shape and at the same time created an abstractness. I titled it "Barely standing" to indicate the fragility of the reflection of these strong and sturdy power towers.
