I understand and appreciate your response. I thought you might have tried, knowing how well you are at composition and editing. Really nice shot. Love the feel. |

I am with the others thoughts. What did the original look like. I understand what you were trying to accomplish and their thoughts may well bring out the essence of what you were trying to capture. With this photo, since you don't have other shots, I wonder if you were to change the ski, the right side, the brightness pulls you out of the photo, possibly toning the brightness down. might bring the focus back to what you were trying to capture. |

I agree with the others comments and truly like the way you removed the tree in front. I like the brighter light on the tree. when I first saw the picture, i thought an increase in light would help and did. I love the peacefulness of the forest, very nice capture. |

I like your photo, like Gary I think the cropping took away the heart of the picture, the depth! The Branches at the top tend to keep my eye there, not float back into the depth of the picture, like the original. Wonder what it would look like, if you were to keep the original image and lighten the area where the bench is located. Even though it is deep in the photo, it might draw your eye back through the trees. A persons eye goes to the brightest spot, so if lightened it might just work. just my thought. love the picture, the color in the original is nice and can stay strong. |

I like what you did with the cropping, it took the irregular angle, which seemed to be more pleasing to my eyes. I like the crooked lines in the center. I am wondering how it would look if you were to deepen the turquoise color, adding a punch and keeping my eyes focused more into the depth of the photo. Nice photo. |

I really love this photo. you did a very nice drawing you into the picture through the road to the observatory and then out to the sun. I tend to like high saturation, the coloration is perfect for the photo. Very nice capture. |

very nice extraction of the colors, really like the overall picture. I do like the less saturated one, keeps me more in the picture. the red tends to pull my eye to there rather then float throughout the wonderful landscape and colors. I am wondering if you might be able to lower he exposure on the one cloud, it tends to pull your eye off the landscape. |
