75 Apr 24 Comment I like the experimentation and the result is unique to say the least. I think you pulled it off. A flame from the bottom kissing the flower might be kind of cool as well. Apr 6th
75 Apr 24 Comment I agree with Murphy and to carry on his point I think a Gaussian blur of the background and overall darkening might provide more definition of a fine composition. Apr 6th
75 Apr 24 Comment You might give a circular ICM and try and see if the colors move in relation to the subject's shape. Or a radial blur in PS might accomplish the same effect. Apr 6th
75 Apr 24 Reply Thanks Murphy, this was a 66 image stack and as you pointed out I missed the front focus a bit. I agree the snow does not add anything and I might just clone it our of the lower corner. Apr 6th
75 Apr 24 Comment Very creative Mo and nice composition. My only minor concern is the upper right hand corner with the straight diagonal. Minor issue, but line could be softened a bit otherwise very nice. Apr 6th
