I rarely disagree with JimB, but your careful brightening the rocks and foliage leads my eyes upstream. The small files we share do not display small details, a large print would be beautiful. |

In your IR capture the dark sky contrasts nicely with the sunlit sides of the repeating support columns, but not the shaded sides featured in this shot. The captain probably would not have agreed to reposition the boat for a different photograph.
Very clean "photoshopping" of ground level to emphasize the converging roadways.

The horses are on a slope, rising to the left. I used the pond surface (upper left in the original) for a horizontal reference in the crop. I agree with the edge darkening suggested by your and Henry. |

Excellent composition. Every element contributes to the sense of place and mood, and they flow smoothly together. Strong diagonal, horizontal, and vertical lines guide our eyes through the scene. |

Perfect shutter speed, blurring the foam but preserving the stream lines . |

Welcome back!
The tent fabric looks like it was peeled off the landscape and stretched over the contrasting straight lines of the frame. |
