The strong lines of the subject are what grab our attention. Having one start in the corner connects it to two frame lines, which strengthens the geometry for my eyes. |

The strong horizontal shadows accompanying the vertical sources convey the three dimensional reality in your two dimensional image. To emphasize these interesting elements I recommend a tighter crop. |

The whole slide picture should be color, but for the close up color emphasizes the clothes and BW the expressions and personalities of the kids. Thanks for your delivery of a smile. |
