That sand worked very well - the shadowless eyes looked like carefully calibrated studio lighting. |

Another example of the dramatic tones - bright foliage and high contrast skies - in IR landscapes. I find the lower left corner not as interesting as the other parts of the image and suggest the attached crop. |

The vertical edges of the tanks, the dark stairway between them, and the strong shadow on the left one are the strongest lines in this photo. I recommend cropping to emphasize these elements. |

Good composition, emphasizing the massive head of this beast. The horn points show up well against the dark (mud caked?) skin on its forehead. |

The camera captured much more fine detail in her hair than an artist would have drawn. And there is some strange fuzz above the edge of the wicker chair.
I am intrigued by the possibility of sketch treatment, please share some more with us.

Eye contact, her relaxed and guileless smile - it feels as if I'm being rude to look away from this photo. A simple but powerful portrait. Her welcoming expression reveals the friendly demeanor of the photographer.
One technical question: was the lighting simply open shade or did you use some reflectors or fill flash?
