Thanks so much for your comments, Martin! Yes, I really liked those two upper leaves, hence the name "peek-a-boo". I literally had to peek into the bush to get this flower |

Thank you, Shirley! No, my hand is not that steady, especially shooting closeup, hence the motivation to look at the OM camera. The features it offers for macro/closeup shooting are wonderful. I know a bunch of birders who also love this camera because of the micro-four-thirds light lenses. I will still use my Nikon's for stills or Lensbaby shooting but I use a tripod most of the time for both. |

Thank you, Jim! I like those two upper left corner leaves as well. That's where I got the name for the image. The flower was actually hiding causing me to move some of the surrounding greens out of the way for the shot. |

Another great image, Martin! I love the angled perspective that you composed in this image. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more saturation to the entire image. Glad you made the hike! |

Welcome to the group, Carter! Interesting light falling on the shed. I love the movement in the clouds. Looks like it was a very quiet evening. Looking forward to your participation in our group. |

Hi Shirley, as others have already mentioned, your crop is great and the side lighting has helped give dimension to the image. I'm not familiar with Nikon's 610D, but I have shot with other Nikon full-frame DSLR's and under the menu you can change the frame size to a DX (cropped frame). It would have increased your 500mm to 750mm. Still a bit far but it might help in future outings. |

I love your ICM image by itself. I feel the duck is in too much focus and imo looks as though it was pasted there after the fact. Perhaps a bit more motion or disturbance in the water and/or shadow behind the duck would help. |

This is a great image, Jim, and your editing and manipulation has really focused one's eye on the art of the creator! Very well done! |
