Thanks, Harry, for your kind words. Generally, I would agree with you that there was too much tree and since it is not the subject, it should be darkened down a bit. In this case, I feel the tree frames the Downy nicely. I also like the blue-green bokeh triangle in the top right portion of the frame. I feel by cropping in on the bird as tightly as you have, it doesn't give the same airy feel that my original crop does. |

Beautiful shot, Martin, Great editing but maybe a bit too bright for all the fog. I like your original crop as the version without the trees in the middle feels like I'm hanging and about to fall in. |

Beautifully composed! Thank you for the details. Did you eventually put all the flowers together in the container and shoot the bracketed images or did you shoot one flower at a time and use free transform to add them together? Love the outcome! |
