Thank you, LuAnn, for your kind words. Yes, I do agree with you that the left top corner is dark. I noticed it myself after I posted the cropped version. I need to fix the texture level so it's not there in the future. |

Very interesting idea, indeed. I do agree with Piers that adding back the red bands of wire would add a bit more interest to the image. |

A very emotional image. Great composition however, the vertical white flash in the sky distracts my eye. I wonder if you could darken the cloud a bit without loosing its intent. I find that my eyes shift back and forth between the cloud and the man's face. |

Piers, I like the original wider angle shot as it doesn't feel so cramped to me. That said, the headlights are distracting and pulls my eye away from the buildings. Perhaps you could tone down the brightness of the headlights while still keeping them in the photo. |

Thanks, everyone, for your comments on my pink magnolia. I've made the suggested cropped and added a bit to the top of the image as Shirley suggested. I do agree, it presents better with less on the bottom. |

Wow, Harry, what a feat to merge top to bottom! I like what you've done by removing some of the other buildings, but I do agree with Shirley that The Burj is leaning just a bit to the right. Nice sky choice using Luminar. It compliments the image. I would like to see the Cyan a bit desaturated to bring the sky back to a more blue color. |

Yes, Shirley, well done. Just that tiny bit makes a difference. |

Great action shot, Martin! I love that the model is looking right at you. There is a brown ribbon-like thing to the left of her right hand that distracts me. Not sure what it is, but maybe you can clone it out. Also, I know you said that you used the adjustment brush to lighten the whole image, but I wonder if you'd try a bit of dehaze to bring down the glare on the water. I, personally, like the water better on the original image. Great creativity! I would have been afraid that she'd splash my lens. |

I love old barns, too, Shirley! The Topaz filter that you used accomplished a nice whimsical, almost painterly feel to the grass and surrounding trees, however, I wonder if you'd darkened it a bit, if it would add some separation to the background from the barn's roof, making the barn appear to stand away from the background. Great shot, Shirley! |

Thank you so much, Shirley, for your kind words. I can see, now that you pointed it out, that I could crop some off the bottom and maybe add to the top. I'll play around with it and see what happens. Don't think I've ever done that with layers and top but I'll give it a go. Thanks again. |

Wow! I love this image. the details in the leaves, the reflection from the black Plexiglas both make this composition captivating! |
