Thank you Stephen! I agree, I think this image looks really good in monochrome. I just played with cropping it so the vortex is in the center third and increased the contrast. |

Very cool image, Dan. I like how there are different contrasting elements (muted, soft clouds vs. Oxidized metal with areas of bright color remaining). I also like the symmetry of the composition. Amazing shot and perfect editing! |

Robert, this is an amazing shot not only because you captured standing/pooled water in the desert, but also the perfect ripples of the sand at the bottom of the pool of water. The detailing on the mountains is perfect. I like how the cool gray sky contrasts with the warm beige/gold color of the stand. Great shot, and kudos for all your hard work finding and capturing the shot. |

Thank you Dan. I agree, I like how the primary colors contrast each other nicely but are still a bit muted/pastel-ish. This bridge is always fun because the girders and beams create interesting combinations of geometric shapes. |

Thank you Robert. I will definitely play with the cropping. This was an interesting shot because for the hundreds of times I walked home across the Williamsburg Bridge, this was the only time I ever saw the light create this shadow effect. |

Thank you Gerard. Agreed, it was definitely a bit vertigo-inducing to walk along when taking the photo as well. I like the crop; it keeps the attention focused on the pathway forward. |
