I like the moment in time you caught in this shot. It's amazing how birds balance on the smallest of surfaces. You must have caught her attention and almost looks like she's posing for you. The angle of the wings and perch compliment each other and leads to the open sky. There's beauty in everything if you look for it.
Thanks for your comment on my close up leaf photo. The underside of a leaf shows different details of the plant. I was looking for Mandelbrot fractals in nature. The opposite of the golden ratio. |

The boots look ready to go somewhere. I like the angles of the stairs and boot tips pointing to the lower corner. The stairs provide dimension yet keep the shot simple. |

Everything came together for this shot. Composition, color coordination, focus and depth of field. Even the bees seem to be posing for you. I really like the Fibonacci and Mandelbrot patterns in the stigma and bees wings. I hope you printed and framed this one. |

You know when you have a good shot. The composition is pleasing with both vertical and horizontal patterns and textures. This must be huge links weighing tons by the look of the textures on the individual links. I could be wrong though. |

Very interesting. The lines lead my attention to the center reflections on the glass which make the vase look active and electric. The overall shape is pleasing to my eye and colors compliment. Some colors clash in my opinion. |

The focus stacking ability of your camera is amazing. You can really see the quality when you zoom in on the picture. I like the slight S shape in composition and the modest sunlight shinning on the tips of the petals. The petals look painted by brush. Tulips built a nation. |

I like the dark background which makes it feel like a night shot. The different angles show the symmetry and beauty of this formidable plant. They call it the horse crippler. Reminds me of Cholla cacti.The right side makes me want to see just a little more. |

I tried my editing skills and came up with almost the same picture as Jill. Now I feel the sky opens the composition to where it should be. Looking up. There's truth in the poem Walk a mile in his moccasins. Judge softly. |
