My write up pretty much covers what I did. I try to keep notes as I go but not always totally successful. Your results may differ since I worked on a RAW image and what one gets here is low res .jpeg. I do not recall which channel swap I used unfortunately. |

I feel either background detracts from the subject which needs some assistance to help it stand out. Perhaps a much higher f-stop so more is in focus, or color and tones. |

Interesting image. I like the sharp contrast and detail but the title is out of sync with the image. |

So that is the "X" marking the spot! I like the leading lines of the fence and path. I do find the image rather flat except that of the clouds. Perhaps use of LR Adjustment brush for variation in exposure and even color. I am also puzzled by what appears bright sunlight in the foreground, midground and trees somewhat inconsistent with the density of the cloud cover. |

I like the general idea behind the maker but find the blue
tree cramped in its surroundings. Perhaps a different view would assist in this regard. |
