Thank you, Jennifer. Yes, it is fun being creative with the color as well as the other changes. I have learned that except for a few instances, he camera can not record the colors exactly as you saw them. For one thing, the camera can only produce one white balance, where most scenes will contain multiple ones. The camera can only make all the colors more blue, or more yellow. |

The ice blue image is a Monochrome image. It just happens thar the original scene was monochrome in nature. |

Great idea. Why didn't I think of that. Who said photography had to be stuffy? |

Thanks, Steve. I believe you had almost as much fun viewing this image as I had creating it. |

I feel you have been able to take a rather "ho hum" image and turn it into a very interesting image by your crop. I see this image of having some of the qualities of certain types of modern art forms. Good work. |

Another outstanding image from you. I do like the overall blue tone to this monochromatic image. Is that the way the original file looked, or did you add the blue toning? The hanging icicles add to the feeling of cold. |

I enjoy this image for it's somewhat "Impressionist" quality.
I feel there is nothing in the image as presented to provide me with a sense of scale, and therefore I don't know whether I am looking at charred tree trunks or a series of sticks stuck into the ground. I do very much enjoy your willingness to experiment. |

It sure was nice for this turkey to pose for this portrait session. I live in a community surrounded by wildlife areas and the presence of turkeys is not an unusual sight in a front yard or along the side of a street. Good work in getting the shot (with a camera.) |

Wow! I like this image. Not only is the subject one of interest, but the tones and mood of the image as presented here is, in my opinion, outstanding. I like the way the warm orange light reflected off the woman, and the cool blue of the background combine create great separation of the two and cause the woman to push forward while the background moves back. |

There is so much to like about this image. Yes, I believe the adjustments you made help the image. It is, in my opinion, unfortunate that the bird's right wing turned at such an angle as to make it seem deformed. Such is Birds in Flight photography. |
