You started my creative juices flowing. I did add one "one click" filter and then made a composite with the artists arm and hand. I as interested in your opinion. |

Joan, Thank you for your evaluation of my image. As the newest member of the group, I read the description of what was expected from the PSA page. I may have fallen short this month but attempted to make the image better as well as more interesting. I feel the image had gone too far to be well accepted in the General group in which I also participate.
I hear you saying that I need to push the image further to make it fully creative. I can understand and agree with that.
You have pushed me to begin thinking of ways to accomplish that and will begin further experimentation. I will resist the easy way of just finding a "one click" filter to alter the image. Hopefully you will see, in the near future, a reappearance of this image in a more creative version.
Thank you for pushing me. |

Yes, I understand this is a composite. My comment referenced the set of flowers identified as Original in the set of three Originals. I feel set 2 and 3 would have been enough. |

Thanks for your helpful comments. Yes, the sky may be too much. I agree that B&W would also be a good option for this image. |

Thank you for your consideration of my image and the work you did to present an alternate vision. Every suggestion helps me to improve my vision. |

A very creative work of art. I really had to look hard at the original to see where the elements came from. I see the image as more of a abstract than one where you need to answer the question, "what is it?". A really fun image. |

I do remember seeing the earlier version of this image and remember all of the time you spent and the work to get the image to that stage. Here you have carried the image further and I feel you have arrived with a much stronger image. Image 2 is good but the background too bright for my liking. Your final image is much more creative and very much a work of art. |

I do like this creative composite. However, the flowers from "Original" are a bit distracting and add little. I would like the image more without them. |

Dispite your title, the subject seems to be the car. Nothing wrong with that since it is a very colorful and interesting car. I can only imagine the work required in that very early edition of Ps that resulted in this very nice composite. |

This image has potential. The butterfly, I assume, is the subject. But it is somewhat lost among the flowers. A much tighter crop would help to focus on attention on the subject. |

I really like this image. It is an interesting subject (at least to me) and well composed. Both the image as you have presented it, and the way Steven has modified it are outstanding. It is an artistic choice. I contend that we are artists, and not simply historical record producers. |

Lance, put me down as one who "gets" this image. I was helped by looking at your companion image in Group 83. However, the image is shown here at a disadvantage in that it can only be fully appreciated when viewed as part of the larger project. One who does not know or appreciate this might assume that it is from an accidental push of the shutter button while you were walking with your camera pointed down.
I look forward to seeing the entirety of the project when it is completed. I will follow this discussion with interest. |
