Street photography is hard. Congratulations on: 1. seeing this scene, and 2. catching up with the subjects. A very interesting photograph. |

There is a soft spot in my heart for horse photographs. My daughter is a lifelong horse enthusiast and presently owns two horses. Thank you for this image. |

Well done in the conditions you were forced to work in. I like the unfocused nature of the image. To my eye, the problem is not lack of focus., but the unfortunate sharp focus on the yellow pollen. Certainly, we can all sympathize with the impossibility of maintaining a preferred area of focus in a closeup on a windy day. |

Very restful image. We all need that feeling in our life to balance out the rush of everyday life. As for including people in a landscape, I believe it is a matter of choice by the photographer. Often adding the human element greatly increases interest. |

You nailed the focus and captured the decisive moment. Great job with the tethers. Yes, I have tried the new Generative Fill, and it is amazing. I know this new AI technology can be misused, but it works wonders for needed retouch. I recently photographed a grandmother on the floor with her one-month-old grandson. Her blouse was loose fitting and revealed far too much cleavage. A few clicks on Generative Fill created a more closed blouse that saved the image. She loved the photograph, and I never told her I had to fix it. |

Thanks for your observation concerning the ISO. I set the camera on Manual, selected the aperture and shutter speed I wanted, and let the ISO set itself for a proper exposure. I trusted that the camera would handle the higher ISO without much problem. Fortunately, it did. |

Thank you. I have lived with this image for a few months now and kept feeling it was not where I wanted it to be. The final decision to give it a slight blue tone makes me feel that it is close to being where I want it to be. |

The brightness (white) of the tree leaves gives the image a near Infrared look which I like very much. The soothing nature of the still leaves plays off well with the tension created by the strong zigzag nature of the tree branches.
I am still not sure of Japanese Aesthetics, but I like it. |
