Dispite what others have suggested, I tend to like your origenal crop with the details of the pool at the base of the falls. I do find the brightness of the rock at the bottom left to be distracting. This may be corrected by selectively darkening that area. |

I can see many options herew for cropping. Each would create a different image. But, I like the crop yuou have chosen. The skaters are there, but the subject is the total scene. |

Lance: Very fine image. I remember some north Georgia winter weather. The blue tint realy adds to the cold fealing of the scene. |

Steven: Thank you for your comments, and I apologize for not responding sooner. Yes, your suggested crop would work. However, I was going for a more invironmental portrait this time and do recognize some problems it introduced. I always appreciate the different point of view you present. |
