The background mess is a photographic distraction, I agree. But it's the jungle!! |

Interesting and exquisite. That could be a squashed bug between the radish and the glass cup. |

I thought of monochrome but didn't want to lose the characteristic orange-yellow color of the bill. |

I like your treatment of this unusual subject. I am not able to offer any suggestions. |

Good crop but maybe the bird should not be centered. I like the bokeh and the natural tangle of branches. Could you have brought out more feather detail in the shoulder region? |

This image needs something. Maybe someone in the doorway(s), either prominently or a figure further back in the room. Or, gear dumped on the ground outside. A shadowy figure just barely visible inside would add a bit of mystery. |

I assume this is an Amaryllis. I can offer no criticisms or suggestions. Leaving the green stem was a good idea. You nailed it. |

So, this is a composite of two images - the stained glass ceiling and the moving people? Correct? Interesting. Might you have gotten a similar image on one frame with a time exposure? (What is the most beautiful subway station?) |

I wondered, too, about the color of the bird. My conclusion after checking with Sibley is that this is a tropical variation from the grey color seen in the north. |
