31 Oct 21 Reply Thank you Ian, I appreciate it. I will eventually give all of the suggestions a try. Oct 14th
31 Oct 21 Reply Thank you Ed, I appreciate it. Oct 13th
31 Oct 21 Reply Thank you Paul, I will have to have to determine how much using a linear gradient on an adjustment layer or whether or not a vignette on the entire image would work. My thanks to you and Peter. Oct 11th
31 Oct 21 Reply Thank you Peter, I appreciate it. Oct 7th
31 Oct 21 Comment Interesting image Ella. Reminds me of the moi on Easter Island. Is this somewhere along the coast of Chili where Thor Hyerdahl landed with Kon Tiki? Well exposed and good composition with the statues looking across the image. Oct 6th
31 Oct 21 Comment I really like this image Paul but , to me personally, it is a it too dark and gloomy around the periphery. I used NIK CEP detail extractor to brush in more visible details (and very possibly overdone) along the interior wall at the top left. It is difficult to achieve an acceptable balance between the shadows and the brightness of the window. Oct 6th
31 Oct 21 Comment Excellent still life Ed though I miss the philosophic connection. Exposure is exactly where it should be with detail in both the dark and light areas. This would make an excellent print either as a straight B&W or as a split tone. Oct 6th
31 Oct 21 Comment Ian, I like your use of the leading lines converging on the spires at the top of the image. Contrast is good and composition unique. Well done. Oct 6th
31 Oct 21 Comment Interesting composite image Peter and very well done. Unusual in that one image was shot at night and the other image shot during the day. Excellent composition and blending of the images. Oct 6th
31 Oct 21 Comment Well exposed image John. I am curious where it was pointing to. Good use of depth of field and composition also. Oct 6th

93 Oct 21 Comment Interesting composition Kelly and well exposed. Not your typical subject matter but the story you see is definitely present. Well done. Oct 20th
93 Oct 21 Comment I agree with Jerry on this one. I also am curious how many detail shots you acquired that day. Were the owners allowed to drive around and parade their cars in front of the onlookers? That would have been fun to see and listen to the noise from the engines. Car buffs would be in heaven. 93 Oct 21 Comment Nice use of color Paul. What draws my eye is the aspen at the bottom center of the image that is almost completely surrounded by the dark shadows and the deep green of the spruce trees. The contrast projects the tree forward and allows it to act as a leading line pointing at the larger mass of aspens above it. Oct 8th
93 Oct 21 Comment Nicely done Darcy, the line of trees along the ridge leads my eye across the entire image. The cirrus clouds enhance the view without distracting my eye. Oct 8th
93 Oct 21 Comment Impressive image, good colors, and great morning light. The magnitude of the mountains definitely comes through. Well done Jerry. Oct 8th
93 Oct 21 Reply Thanks Jerry, glad you liked it. Oct 8th
