Is the light on your husband from the sun, or from a flash? I agree with David, regarding the light in the background. IMV, were the light removed completely it would allow more emphasis on your target! Regardless of light source, you have captured great texture and focus. Nice! |

Does she have white shoes...and he black? Do I have that right? Regardless, you caught these dance partners at a very interesting moment! SS at 1/320 served you well. It is easy to to say, now, but a slow SS on a tripod would have been really interesting. Good capture. |

Great texture, light and shadow. I think Vincent's comments are understandable! Indeed, the image could be better if statue and cathedral were separated, but that could have left you with clutter behind the statue! IMV, a better result would occur on the left if the building were completely cropped...or not at all. Tough choices. This is a good image! |

I, too, mistook the animal's body for the stone. You caught him/her in an intense stare...you have his/her complete attention. And your focus, texture, and clarity are professional. There is a story, here. Did you just happen upon this animal... were you caught off guard; or were you expecting to find it? |

Great perspective ! I prefer the horizontal as submitted...and special kudos for removing the two cables, center left. IMV, this image would be made better if clouds were added. I completely understand, however, when an artist dislikes including things that "were not there". Nice work! |
