Ed, your image might benefit from "focus stacking". Darcy has recognized the sharp/soft issue created when we ask an f/ 8 - f/16 to cover both near and far areas. Three consecutive f/5.6 images, stacked on each other is often a better solution. Nonetheless, your color is good , your composition is good and you are forgiven for not being out in the wilderness! ( I refer you to my narrative) |

George, you are a welcomed addition to our Group! Your images are almost as good as your clever and creative comments. Regarding your current entry, you have a way with motion with clouds. I thoroughly enjoy how you treat them. IMV, your "great image" would be even better w/o the sunbursts. But that is My view. You just keep on creating! Thanks for your entry! |

Yet another wonderful image! Your use of motion...tripod, 1/10 SS, makes me envious. Your technique makes for more interesting presentations of water and clouds. BTW, your use of color has always Benn good! Well done |

Your image is wonderful, and I'll agree with Mark...you grasp of the technical element in post processing has become more and more obvious. Congratulations on your effort! |

Superb! And I want to hear more about your "additional adjustment" to the sky! Please tell us how you achieved such color. Your 16mm lens has done wonders distorting your clouds and sky. Really good.
Patton called Syracusa "the most conquered city on earth" Beautiful shot! |
