Really, it is fun re-visiting old images where I had lost confidence in there value. And then finding a way to bring them out!

93 Sep 21 Comment Upon first glance, I imagined you would tell us a tale of a massive storm that destroyed the village and the dredging equipment! There is still time!
Your image says, "once, this place was prosperous...large homes, big boats...then something Bad happened." I completely understand why you stopped for the shot...probably several shots. You did well to bring out the rust and decay of the steel. It helps date your photo. Ed, you and I need to spend time with Michael and Mark! They are good story tellers
I had fun with your image. Thanks

93 Sep 21 Comment I spent 9 days in the Utah Canyons, this last April, starting with Arches. A local advised me to get to park "in the dark", before the crowds arrived. That was good advice. I captured long shadows at day break.
I need to spend more time learning Vivenza. Your color, here, is excellent ! Crystal clear focus and DOF. Good job!

93 Sep 21 Comment How timely...I just booked a Workshop in the Badlands for next June. It looks like you had plenty of landscape options. Did you see bison, and their "red dog" babies? What recommendations would you make for "Best Lenses to Capture the Badlands"
Nice image.

93 Sep 21 Comment Looks like you positioned yourself in just the right spot to capture that light. The light and focus are perfect for the web. And use of f/2.8 was another good idea...great depth of field! Good work. Sep 8th
93 Sep 21 Comment Great ingenuity in finding a "make-do" tripod. You were successful in moving the water from top-right to lower-left. I do like the wet rock; but feel the extra blue was unnecessary. Thank you for the detail in your PP adjustments. Nice image. Sep 8th
