I do not use LR. Can I find "grading" in Camera Filter Raw? |

How did you "apply" the color grading? I like it! |

Jerry,
At first glance I was confused with the "OUR Geese"! Then I remembered your Country of Origin. Sorry for the slow uptake! We are big fans of Canada Geese, Canada, and Canada People. Vancouver and Quebec City are two of our very favorite places. And thank you for your kind remarks on Your Geese and Our Moon! |

Darcy, when you say, "wooden deck", are you referring to a platform. I see no deck in the picture. For these 74 year old eyes, the image is too dark. As we look past the trees into the forest, is there a structure in there? |

Welcome back! Your colors are wonderful and I'm interested in "how" you applied the blur. The blur makes it interesting. Well done |

At first glance, I see a place where it rains a lot!! The forest soil is so moist it cannot hold its trees upright. And I see lush, blue/green foliage reflecting in the stream. I love reflections. This isn't the first time your photos have taken us on a path; an entryway deeper into the woods. I like this! |

Stephen, thank you for dropping by. Your remarks caught me off guard. I had never read...never heard of Rachel Carson! In research, I learned that for the price of a hardback copy of "letters", I could buy a new camera. Please drop by often. |

This is stunning! The focus is spot on! The background color (and blur) allows the bird to stand out...crisp. I agree with Jeff's comment regarding the crop. |

Please explain your interest in the "Orton" effect...what does Orton bring to the party? BTW, your image is wonderful! |
