78 Nov 25 Comment I prefer your 1st edition as it has more ghostly effects.

78 Nov 25 Comment Beautiful image. I don't think the aspen color is too bright as you brighten the sky. However, the Sun in this image looks like it is hitting the mountain from the top left; therefore, the tree on the left side may be a little bit bright. You may need to adjust the foreground light as well. I could be wrong in my observation too. :-) Nov 1st
78 Nov 25 Comment Very nice. I had no experience with star trail photography and was thinking about using my iPhone to try it out in the near future. The only thing I can comment on is that you are so detail-oriented and so dedicated to your photography skills and learnings. What a nice group leader we got here!!

78 Nov 25 Comment What a great travel photo. It has a wonderful color scheme and great composition. I like the original without cropping that has two half circles; it is subjective taste, of course. The two women had their jackets with a perfect contrast color that you don't really need to do anything more to make them pop. Very nice capture!! Nov 1st
78 Nov 25 Comment Nice capture of the fall colors!! Your image looks great on my MacBook Pro screen, but the color is slightly off on my external Dell monitor. It is tricky when you want to get the color the way you want to display it digitally. To print your image with the color you want is another skillset completely. I use Datacolor Spyder to calibrate my MacBook screen. Unfortunately, it can't work with my external monitor. When I post-process my image, I verify the color on my Mac monitor display. I just checked visually and am not thinking too much in technical details as you do. :-)

I was thinking if you had long exposure on for this image, then the smooth water with reflections will make eyes easier to traverse through the whole image. The glow from so many leaves above is competing with the reflection on the water surface that has many short and moving lines. I am aware you are not too interested in too much post-processing, but I am sure you know you can use path blur in PS to smooth the water portion.

78 Nov 25 Comment A serene image with classical composition quality. The mid-to-lower right portion is excessively dark, overpowering the entire image. It is possible to adjust the tonality and lighting to achieve a similar foggy effect while maintaining the desired aesthetic.

78 Nov 25 Comment I absolutely love the image! You've got such a good eye for seeing the potential in making creative images from what might not be the most eye-catching originals. Plus, your post-processing was fantastic, and the image really popped at the perfect time, right around Halloween! Nov 1st
