Thanks!
I am aware of PSA strict rules. I am not interested in competition but more interested in sharing thoughts and discussion in 'image making'. With rapid change in technology and AI development, the definition of digital photography may be redefined to allow certain tool usage for competition or may be never. |

Thanks! I posted this water color version for discussion/comment only not for competition. We are now at AI area and there are many post processing tools available for 'image making'. I personally think digital photography can add a new category for 'image making' that can use tools but not 100% AI generated. I'm sure this will not fit to current 'competition' requirement and I think Studying group don't have to be focus on completion only either. :-)

Beautiful fall color photo and nice crop from Ed. For experiment, I used cropped version, applied Nik Color Efex "Cool Sunlight" preset with slight adjustment and made a kind of 'dramatic' look out of your original image. |

I always admire folks having the passion, patience, and physical energy (to carry all the gears) in bird watching and photography. The bird is beautiful but the background added too much distractions. I would blur most of the background except the foreground surrounding the bird. |

I made a different version without removing the background. I changed background exposure and blurred it, used Curve to adjust the light of dancer and the ribbons. I didn't do a good job in including the stick while doing subject selection. :-) |

Thanks for your catch on my original and processed images flaws. Revised and uploaded here.
TItle: Beauty in the eye of the beholder
I post this AI generative fill process image for comment/discussion. I used Adobe "Generative Fill Painting Actions ver 2" to generate this water color image from the original. This tool can generate water color, oil painting, pencil sketch, and cartoon vector Illustration. Prior to using this tool, I modified the original using Nik Viveze to adjust color/tone, use PS Generative Expand, then, apply water color action and select one of the 60% color of the original output. The action will produce several outputs you can select and discard.
If I compete with these images, I would use the original for Flower categories. If I want to use any AI tool for post processing, I properly will make different presentation for Creative category.
