The reason I ask is, back in 2011 we were driving the Columbia Gorge. I suggest we take that road, thought it would be cool.
My husband who was a trucker 30+ years ago had driven the Gorge and said you get beautiful of the river.
So we are driving and all I see are large trees. My thought was he is so whacked. A little further down that road he said, trees grow, MY BAD. 30 years ago they had just planted the in the 80s they had just planted them. I bust him on this every once in a while.

I love fall and miss the changing seasons being here in Southern California. I love the perspective and how I am drawn into the picture. I can see myself sitting on the edge looking up at the aspens. |

I have to say I am sorry for the delay in getting this reviewed. I have to say leave the asphalt road with the cars in. IMO it lends a commentary on how the human is encroaching on everything. |

I agree with everyone. The picture gives me a feeling of fall in the air.
Side question
Is this the back road that has waterfalls in the spring and goes right above the gorge? |

I don't feel bad about getting shut out from the meteor shower. I was in South Dakota Badlands and was greeted by hail/snow and lightning. I love to shoot the night sky. I have to say great post processing. The original looked muddy but you made it pop. |

I shoot a lot of milky way and will shoot AWB because I shoot in RAW this can be fixed in post. |

I like the dock in the middle of the frame even though it is your subject and 'they say' Don't put the subject in the middle of the frame this works. Your leading lines to a straight horizon works. As for the seagull it is an added bonus. I would also consider dehazing the sky. |

Thank you. This leave was an unexpected gem. Floating by without a care in the world.
I haven't had a chance to experiment with the point color tool yet, but I plan on using it on the water like you did, because that was the color of the water. |

Thank you. I am sorry for the delay in the response. I have had an up and down October more down then up.
When in photo shop and you want to expand your image. Go to crop and stretch the image, make sure content aware is checked on the tool bar. Click ok and you should have your image filled with pixels from your image.
