Yes, I would still say I'm shy more so, then conservative when it comes to postproduction. :)
I understand feeling cheated about the bottom. I think I did this because I wanted to zoom more in on the mountain. Yes, the tree does look a little odd in the center. I will post here my updates to the picture. I had gone back and forth on the sky color. |

Thanks. That was my goal. I've been lucky to see Denali cloudless twice this trip. We are now north of Denali, and I have to say I like the view from the south better. |

Behemoth is my first thought when I see this picture. I tend to agree that the edges feel a little crowded for my taste. It did take me a few minutes to see the new growth out of the root ball. Great capture. |

I like the BW much better than the color. It captures a darkness that I relate to the Oregon coast. You cover all of the tonal range from Black to White. Great job |

I agree with Neil about the face light, I also think it would change the mood completely.
I love it. She has such an intense air about her. I also like how the background draws my eyes to the words in the background but not as a distraction. You could definitely make a street photographer. |

Your photos always 'blow me away' in a good way this is also one of those.
It makes me feel cloud like. The pink hue is so soft and warm and welcoming. In my opinion the road is a little bit of distraction to the unblemished landscape. I find myself getting lost in the layers.
I also love your postproduction tutorials. |

Awesome job. Joshua Tree NP is right in my back yard. I run there for my milky way shots. I have to say outstanding. I love how you warmed up the horizon it helps to draw my eye through the picture. Thanks for sharing |

Interesting, I still think because it is Denali (MT McKinley) I needed less sky. It is amazing that the mountain is 40 miles away in this picture. |
