Give yourself more credit. I think the reason I can see things in a scene is I did not start photography until later in life. What I brought into that was an appreciation for the ability that a photograph can tell any story the viewer sees. I hope that makes sense

Thank you. I am glad I can make you think. I feel that is the job of any photography is to make the viewer think about the story, they see in the picture. |

Thank you. I am not sure why the chair is there. My story is someone put it there for me to discover. The vignette was not my idea to look like fog but staring at it all month that is a cool effect for it. |

I love this and yes you should submit it somewhere. I might be weird but my eyes went straight to the gecko. I think it is the crisp blue of the eyes |

I like the people on the beach for the fact that they are forming a triangle which is pointing to the ocean. This is where my eye is then drawn out to sea and around the sea stacks and back to the beach. |

I love it. The fact that the black tree on the left in my opinion is a distraction. You also have a black blog on the right side of the frame. I am wondering how they would look both cloned out. |

I like the added touch of the person in brings into perspective how large the rock walls are. Thanks for sharing |

Thank you for your advice. I see a few white vignettes in my future with all the snow I'm encountering. |

I am impressed this is awesome. I would only remove the contrail if you were entering it in PID Color. I myself like the contrail it draws my eye into the frame. But I am a strange Bird. Congrats on also stumping Mark. |

Great job. I agree with the above on the gate being the main character and the flowers being supporting actors. That said the yellow of the photo does bring joy to me. Thank you for spreading your joy. |

I agree with Larry Treadwell in that every picture should have a story. This is how I approach the keepers per say in my collections. The composition in my opinion is the most important part and lets the viewer create his/her own story. I will check out Group 36. Thanks |

Snow is really hard to master. I am in the process of trying to capture it in camera, so I have less editing to do. Like I mentioned to Mark I knew the vignette was off but could not fix it. |

I am glad you like it. You have definitely stretched my ability thank you. The verdict is out on the crop I like both versions of the crop. Your version seems to make the chair more intimate I feel. My version seems to make the chair lonelier and more isolated.
Thank you for working on the vignette I knew it was too harsh but had no idea how to fix it. |
