Would you try and blur the background? |

If I raise the horizon won't that push the fisherman farther away for the viewer?

Thank you for the comments. If I sharpen just the fisherman this can be done with a mask right? |

I've come back to this picture numerous times. I like it but I am not sure why. I am glad you were able to meet the artist, his work is amazing I wonder how long it took him to create? I love the horizontal lines of the houses.

I have not been exposed to many drone pictures. My first reaction is it covers to broad an area I am not sure where to look.
I do like how the green in the lower left corner and the green on the right does draw my eye through the photograph. Thanks for sharing and exposing me to this type of photo. |

Thank you. I tried leaving the patrons in color and adding the umbrella and it did not look as good as just the umbrella in color. |

I use corel paintshop pro instead of adobe but I think you doit the same way is you right click and it will say duplicate. The key thing is the mask has to be show all and the background has to be converted after you copy it. Hope this helps |

I also like the BW with a pop of color on the umbrella the color version in my opinion was too busy. It is easier to follow the lines. I hope you do not mind I tried just painting in the patrons. I copied the background then turned the background bw. on the copy I made a mask layer and painted the people. |

I love it. My eye is immediately drawn to the upper left and the pop of color from the cloud. The lines of the cloud takes me to the right side and the tufa, from here my eye is drawn to the reflection. In my opinion I like the eye trip around the photo. |
