I like the composition I can see myself sitting at the base of the bush looking up at the rocks |

I am very fond of reflection pictures so I love it. I am wondering like Jean if you retook the photo with a different DOF how it would change the photo because when you really study the picture you start to get lost in a busy middle. This is just my opinion as a beginner. |

Thank you for the encouragement. I am learning a lot being in this group. I am also learning that sometimes to make a great photograph you need to do post production and I am highly lacking in that skill. I am willing to learn though |

I agree with David this does make a strong B&W. I am especially drawn to the shadows of the aloe leaves that might have been lost if you left it in color. |

I need to clarify what I thought was soft and that was the rocks in the background those reflections were soft. This is just my opinion. I really love the kelp. I hope this helps |

I like the expansiveness of the rock formations. Your version looks softer because of the haze I like Michael's image but yours is more realistic |

Just my opinion my eye is distracted by the crispness of the kelp because the rest of the picture that is reflected has a slight blur to it. I do like the softness of the colors of the background. Interesting technique for post processing |

Thank you for cropping the picture it also dropped the horizon below the center of the picture. I might even darken the clouds a little more. |
