Great image Michael. Reminds me bit of the photographs I have from Sedona. |

Thanks for posting this image. Benicia looks like an interesting place and I'll try to get there next time I visit with my son who lives in SF. |

Paul, I really like this image. It has all of the elements of spookiness and dread necessary for a post-apocalyptic scene. Well done. |

Mark, I am likely an outlier here, but I find the entire image somewhat confusing. I am uncertain as to the message that you are trying to convey. There are many elements of this image that I find would have made excellent single subject captures. There is so much going on in your image that I was not able to figure out what to look at. Apologies for the critique but that's the way I see it. |

Darcy, it's true - on a clear day, you can see forever. I concur with Michael's suggestions. |

Kelly, I like this image notwithstanding the slight over-saturation others have mentioned. One comment that I have is based on something that I read a couple of years ago. In the west, we are used to reading and seeing from left to right and that informs the way we look at images. In my own work, I have altered the orientation at times so that the water flows from the top left to the bottom right. Let me know what you think (I also desaturated it a bit). |

Mark, the reason that I joined this group is to receive comments like yours! I am considering this image for a submission to the RPS and the rotation and cropping have made this much stronger. I did some some on the white "blob" to reduce the distraction. Thanks so much. |
