Excellent photograph. I would not change anything except aspect ratio for printing. |

Well done for a negative that is 20 - 25 years old. I enjoy seeing and doing travel photography. I still enjoy exposing and processing film occasionally. Right now, I am just equipped to process B&W negatives, but I have considered learning to process color negatives. I might add a "Wolverine" converter my inventory of photography equipment.
The clouds make me think a sky replacement was done because they tend to draw my eye to them. Otherwise, the image is brighter, sharper, and more interesting than the original. I keep looking at this image to identify all of the objects. |

I like everything you did to this photograph. All of the detail
and texture is fascinating.
I am impressed by what you did with software that comes with Canon cameras. My first thought was that Canon DPP4 is focus stacking specific software; I use a Nikon D750, so I will not try Canon DPP4. However, I think I will try Picture Window Pro 8. |

This photograph holds my attention in foreground, middle ground, and background. I am impressed that it seems to be in focus all the way from the front to the back; good example of hyperfocus. I like the colors. |

Excellent photograph that makes me wonder how the ropes are used. |

Yes. Digital photography provides more options over film photography, and zoom lenses make composition easier. I am reasonably sure that I used a 50 mm prime or fixed focal length lens for this photograph. |

As I remember, it was a rather small workshop and tourist were shoulder to shoulder to get the largest number of people possible into the shop.
I kinda wish that I had gotten the face of the lady on the left in the background. However, the way Andrew cropped her out of the image makes it more interesting. I think I used a 50 mm lens on a 35 mm film camera, so this is probably the best I could do in the tight quarters. |

It would be interesting to see your photograph of a wooden shoemaker. |

You are welcome. This was just one of many memories from this tour of Europe when I was probably 19 years old. I am 71 years wise now. |

White balance is still kinda new to me since I learned photography on file and most of the time Ektachrome. Therefore, I got accustomed to the blue tint. However, your adjustment to the white balance is probably closer to the actual colors in this image.
Looks like you cropped the left side and bottom. This helps focus on the shoemaker's demonstration. |
