8 May 25 Reply I always consider my compositions carefully before pressing the shutter, and again before posting. In the image here, the two main points of focus - the cloud and the peak - are at the intersection of thirds. I don't agree with relegating the snow-covered peak to the very edge of the frame. For those who like the cloud, I have a vertical image shot a few minutes earlier, with just the cloud and the mountains. May 26th
8 May 25 Comment Beautiful patterns and symmetry. I think this is perhaps the first time I've seen a peacock in B&W. Agree about the eye. May 25th
8 May 25 Comment I love it! This is all about broken symmetry, caused by the interplay of two different patterns. Monochrome is a good choice. May 25th
8 May 25 Comment Spectacular! I love it! It almost looks as if it was deliberately composited. Well done! May 25th
8 May 25 Comment Very nice scene with the blue and yellow flowers and the dark rocks. The sky adds just enough to complement the image. You could just crop that half cropped cloud. May 25th
8 May 25 Comment Her expression, adornments and pose make the image. I could never take images of people in public. May 25th
8 May 25 Comment Their eyes grab the viewer's attention! Did you pose them that way? May 25th
8 May 25 Reply Would you, in general, be able to tell a cellphone image from that from a "real" camera on the internet? May 22nd
8 May 25 Reply Yes, that would work. May 11th
