I have to disagree with some of the others here. This is pretty standard equipment for a serious amateur astronomer. You need such gear for deep sky astronomy, and with it and LOTS & LOTS of patience, many amateur astronomers make sometimes exciting discoveries, but always have lots of fun. That's a nice Newtonian he has there, complete with motor drive and spotting scope. |

Did you enhance the color saturation? The saturated colors (which complement each other nicely) make this looks almost like a painting. The fact that we cannot see the woman's face, her dark attire and the empty path convey a sense of solitude (although I can make out other people in the background, they do not distract). |

We don't get to see very many landscapes by you. This is a very aesthetic and pleasant one, with a nice S-curve to the river. I suppose you could crop a little from both top and bottom without losing anything significant. |

Wonderful interaction between viewers and artwork! The image gives the impression of having been carefully constructed (or composed) rather than just "captured" - the skin tones on the viewers match the tones on the pillars, that on the girl's cardigan is repeated in the background of the painting - so that the viewers seem to an integral part of the artwork! |
