There is something powerful - and a bit unsettling - in the uniformity of tones between the man's face, his clothes, the sticks and the wall behind him - as if a reminder that we are all made of the same substance. Showing more of his hands could have emphasized the action or craft he is engaged in. The pack on the wall seems out of place. |

A great story-telling image! Love how the faces on the balloons seem to be looking at him, exhorting him to get up: "Daddy! Take us back home." |

Another version of your old favorite, and a very different treatment this time! I like it. I wish the figures in the foreground were not so obscure - maybe try leaving some of them out of the filter and eliminating the others. |

Wonderful graphic lines, clean design and tones make this a very strong and attractive image. Yes, I'd also love to see this in B&W. |

Very nicely conveys the mood of the scene. Even though I know it is a still photograph, I feel like lingering and waiting to if see a biker or a jogger will appear any moment on that path. |

I love this treatment! Looks like an old sketch of Tolstoy. I'm sure Mr. Psarantonis would be very proud of this portrait, as should you. Very well done! |
