8 May 17 Comment Yes, the tulips look tired, but everything works in this image - their tired pose, the burgundy and green colors and texture (reminds me of brocaded aristocratic robes), the vase, the shadows on the wall harking of former glory! May 25th
8 May 17 Comment Wonderful creativity! The silhouetted statuettes, set off against the bulbous yellow sun and the blood red sky. I like your treatment of the palm trees made to look like modern day wind turbines for Don to rail against! I always thought of him as a slightly deluded revolutionary. Your treatment seems to (intentionally or otherwise) portray his actions in the context of current events, as the last gasp of a dying fossil fuel industry! May 25th
