I have to agree with you that the closest pagoda does look as though it is leaning slightly.
I had a look through some of the images on Google Images and many of their images have a slight lean too. So I think this is how it was/is.
This is disturbing to the trained photographer's eye that knows that vertical lines always remain vertical. 		Dec 8th

Don't change a thing, except maybe clone a little of the sunset colour over the white patches about halfway down on the right hand side just above the horizon.
