Monochrome for landscape photos where you have a combination of mountains and cloud works really well and it has made justice for this photo too.
I do have 2 suggestions which in my perspective will make this look event better, but again that's how I see this image.
- Reduction the highlights/brightness of the clouds in the foreground which will make the waterfall more clearly visible, as I feel it is a bit lost in the brightness of the clouds.
- If I look at the color photo, the trees in the foreground are really creating the frame into the frame , you may want to add it in your monochrome and see if it pleases you.

A very nice photo Ed, thanks for sharing. I like many aspects of this photo, right from the vintage car, composition to the choice of the color scene and a bit of noise. A beautiful photo and I really don't have any comments... |

Beautifully shot photo Colin obviously with nice droplets captured.
I somehow feel that the color photo looks better than the monochrome, but just my feel towards this photo. |
