Butch, Also amazing shot of the wrangler and getting showcased this month. Amazing lighting and action capture. Simply a stunning and well-deserved nomination. |

Thanks, Gary. The window view story is what I was going for. The softness point is well taken and will be something I will relook at.
Appreciate the feedback. |

Yes, your perspective does make an interesting point. The image has an interesting frame and window view - but falls soft on the output.
Will keep that in mind.
Thanks for your feedback! |

Agree on the softness. After uploading, I made the mistake of looking at it on my mobile. It looked fine, else would have updated it. :) |

Thanks, Ian. That was exactly my thought too. I very surely should have been more aware of the shot and settings to go with that. Appreciate your feedback. |

Thanks for your detailed feedback. I feel the image is softer than the full sized image I see on the PC. But I will keep the feedback in mind. |

Excellent use of the elements. Nice work covering the sun with the tree branch. Even though the light is nice and bright, there is a beautiful calmness to the pano. The angular placement of the trees gives a 3Dish feel.
Lovely shot! |

A beautiful crisp waterfall shot. The golden color to the base right is magical compared to the dark rock base. Well framed shot! Not sure if you had a tripod, but a slow milky shot of the falls may have been magical too. |

You have some magically steady hands (to go with your incredibly creative eyes). 1/5 handheld to get those razor-sharp metal rings at the base of the stairs and also the Up/down markers.
I like the symmetry that the image creates and also the asymmetry the humans add. |

This image can very well be selected for a horror movie poster. It has an eerie feeling!
Superbly composed! The monochrome color option brings out the scary element even more. Very well done! |

Beautiful lighting and amazing scenery. All elements are very beautifully captured.
The foreground of the shorebirds, waves lapping the base of the mountain, dense clouds, and the sunset-kissed rock - a fantastic combination. Did I miss the purple-colored lighting on the water (reflection of the cloudy skies I guess)!
Beautiful shot! |

Beautiful backstory and what a stunning landscape shot. A multiple canvas print shot. Colors, the fog, clouds, blue sky... Truly mesmerizing shot! |

Thanks Bob for the feedback. I will check if I have different image with lesser of the sky and more of the soft forest in the background for comparison. |

Thanks for the feedback on shadows, will check it. Good observation on the next ring. They are aptly named as Rose-ringed parakeets. Males have the ring and females do not. |

Beautiful backstory. A very well-composed shot and patience was well paid off. The eye is nice and sharp but it seems the lighting was slightly harsh. The take-off angle (like a recoil) is very well captured.
Wish it was a bit sharper overall, but I can understand if the bird was too far.
Another beautifully captured raptor this month! |

Another beautiful nature portraiture. Beautiful colors in the frame and both the subjects balance out the diagonal halves of the shot. I am not sure what else covered the shot but I felt it had a little tight crop(maybe half an inch or so more room if possible). The soft green background presents a beautiful canvas for the scene. |

Another hawk... another stunning frame. Like the vertical composition, perfectly cropped for me. The perching pose looks powerful. The colors (especially the yellows) are balanced yet popping out nicely. Eyes are tack-sharp. Bokeh is very nice and soft.

Stunning bird portrait! Powerful eyes! Beautiful frame and bokeh. Interesting choice of monochrome. I loved it.
Some description would be nice to get the backstory or details of the shot. |
